Editor's Take
Amazon reviewers say this renewed Dell Latitude 7420 is often fast, clean-looking, and good value, with several buyers reporting it arrives in excellent condition and works like new. Some Amazon reviewers also mention problems such as a non-working charger, occasional power-on failures, and annoying preinstalled software popups.
Review sites and tech writeups generally describe the Latitude 7420 as a strong business ultraportable with solid performance, a good keyboard, and premium build quality. Battery life appears to be a mixed point: some users praise it as long-lasting, while others report only moderate runtime.
On Reddit and forums, the overall sentiment around the Latitude 7420 class is typically positive for work use, especially for portability and responsiveness, but renewed/refurbished units draw the usual caution about condition variability, battery wear, and accessories.
