Editor's Take
Amazon reviewers say the ASUS Chromebook Flip CX1 is easy to set up, light to carry, and especially handy as a 2-in-1 for school, browsing, and everyday work. They frequently praise the 14-inch Full HD touchscreen, 360-degree hinge, and the combination of 8GB RAM with 128GB storage for smooth, practical use.
On YouTube, reviewers call out the same strengths: a responsive touchscreen, solid build quality, and strong value for a budget-friendly Chromebook. Several videos also note that it feels well suited to students and light productivity, with dependable battery life and a comfortable keyboard.
At the same time, reviewers on Amazon and YouTube point to the limits of ChromeOS and the Intel Celeron N4500 for heavier workloads, along with sound that is only average. Overall, the CX1 stands out as a versatile, affordable everyday laptop for shoppers who want portability, touch input, and simple performance rather than power for demanding apps.
