Trustpilot reviewers of JLL Fitness repeatedly praise the machines as sturdy, well-built, and very quiet during workouts, and they often mention easy assembly and fast delivery. A reviewer who bought the Helius Lite Smart specifically described it as the perfect size for a small room, quiet, and great on the joints.

Independent treadmill reviewers describe the JLL Helius Lite Smart as a genuine 2-in-1 design that works as an under-desk walking pad and a light-running treadmill when the handlebar is raised. They highlight the brushless motor, Bluetooth app support, and flat-fold storage, while noting that the narrow deck and 7.5 mph top speed make it best for walking and light jogging rather than serious running.
